Pebblit keeps its form at every level - it grows stronger as it levels up, but doesn't change its look.

Where to find Pebblit

Wild encounters can roll any element except the endgame Etherial and Lunar types, so Pebblit can appear in any tall-grass or open-water zone. Higher zones spawn higher-level creatures.

Does Pebblit evolve?+

No - Pebblit keeps its form at every level. It still grows stronger as it levels up; only the element mascots have evolved forms.
